Witness the sun rise on the summer solstice from one of the most iconic Lakeland summits and then experience three of its spectacular five ridges, among the most renowned in the UK.

Meet at top of Edale village (parking available at bottom of village - also regular trains available from Sheffield and from Manchester). Grade 1 (basic) scrambles on Ringing Roger, 5 minute short crossing across Kinder plateau, then more Grade 1 scrambling in Blackbrook. Scrambling gives the technical challenge of having to use three points of contact and the exhileration of "situations" you dont encounter when fell walking, without the need for ropes (although ropes will be carried by your guide just in case!)
